I just purchased the car.  Can any one tell me what to do or who to contact to upgrade the front end to disc brakes and change out the front end to newer style?

I would start with Just Suspension and see what they have. The old Mopars don't have much aftermarket support.

Stainless Steel Brakes or Master Power brakes may have a brake kit.

If those sources don't work, try the Bayer Boys in Douglasville, GA.
